Optomap
This Laser Imager allows a 200 degree view of your Retina, rather than the traditional 30-60 degrees only allowed with a Retinal Camera or Drops & Dilation.
Nidek 3D Retinal OCT
This is like having an MRI for your eye. Our high resolution instrument allows Retinal Cells to be viewed down to 3 microns – like having a 60 megapixel camera!
Nidek Anterior Eye OCT
Measurement of the Depth of the front section of the eye, Corneal Thickness and the quality of the Corneal tissue can be assessed – critical in conditions like Glaucoma and Plaquenil Management.
Biomicroscope with Camera
Viewing the front structures of the eye is important for assessing eye conditions, for Contact Lens wearers, those with Cataracts, or possible Eye Infections/Inflamations.
Myopia Master
An important tool for determining the risk of Myopia, especially in young, developing eyes. This gives a measure of the length of the eye, but is easy, comfortable and non-invasive. High Myopia increases the risk of many eye Diseases, so preventing it is key for good long-term Eye Health.
VR Visual Field Tester
Measures the scope and sensitivity of your Peripheral Vision, which can deteriorate with Glaucoma, Optic Nerve Disease or even some General Health/Neurological conditions.
Tonometer
This instrument is used for measuring Intra-Ocular Pressures, vital in assessing Glaucoma risk. We have two versions that will both do this without the need for eyedrops or using the less accurate technique of an air-puff.
Corneal Topgrapher
For assessment of the contour of the Cornea. Crucial for effective Contact Lens Fitting, especially in Ortho-K or Keratoconnus.
RightEye Concussion Assessment System
With current-day concerns of Concussion becoming more widely understood, there is a need to accurately assess any potential effects from injuries, sporting incidents or whiplash.
